Found my current place through Pararius. It was a difficult housing market to navigate, and while there weren’t many listings in general for my market, the most had been posted through this service compared to other websites and I managed to secure a viewing through Pararius’ instant notification feature.

You put your finger on exactly why we built the instant notifications: in a tight market the good listings are often fully booked within the hour, so being among the first to respond genuinely decides who gets the viewing.
