The eSIM did not work at all
The eSIM did not work at all. I was unable to receive any text messages, including verification codes from my US bank. I couldn't use the service in any meaningful way from the start. I requested a refund, and they told me $0 would be refunded. Ridiculous! Customer service is horrible. Just stay away from Simbye...

Please note that receiving SMS or bank verification codes is only supported on plans that specifically include a phone number and SMS service. Data-only eSIMs cannot receive regular text messages.
Regarding your refund request, please contact our support team with your order number so we can review the exact plan, activation status, and refund eligibility again.
