They give me a Max subscription, out of nowhere. I did not authorise it, nor requested it. When I ask their bot Fin (which is the only one you are allowed to talk to) it cancelled all my subscriptions, which was not my request, I wanted to keep my pro.
Then when I try to contact customer support, they do not exist. Only bot Fin exist. And the bot Fin only send the same repeat msg back 100s of times. It does not matter what you do or what you ask for, the bot Fin will send you the same answer (to your first email) into eternity.

Now I am out €217. The said I will get it back, but I do not believe it... but I hope at least that is true...
Their chat does not work, they have no support, no help, no humans, and they upgrade my subscription without my authorisation.

This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If anyone has contacted a lawyer, put me down on the list too. I will not do it myself, but I will be happy to be part of any action taken about this scam company.
