Horrible, The Nanuet store location is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional or extremely poor service. The store is currently running without any supervision for of the staff members stated that there is no supervising as the manager is on vacation, The have no Idea what they are doing and four of the staff stated they are only their 1st or 2nd day. They claim they do not even know the names of the other poorly trained staff. FIND ANOTHER WAY FOR CABLE, THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. CANCEL YOUR SERVICE. Called corporate to make a complaint........silence, no return calls, why!!! because nothing will be done, nothing at all!!!!!!!!!
