Well I wish I had looked at these reviews before I phoned rentokil! We found damage to our lounge carpet and a gnawed peach in our fruit bowl obviously we had an unwanted visitor ! I called Rentokil fairly promptly ,surveyor arrived , well mannered and friendly , he looked a t the damage , couldn’t work out which rodent it could be ! Looked around the house , couldn’t find any possible entry holes . Because of the hot weather , we have been using an air con unit and the window is open ., so he said the only explanation is that whatever it was entered through the window so what shall we do ? Blank face ! Looked briefly at the drains , concluded rats might be in there ! Well we back onto a railway line and have seen the occasional rat out side . So I will get to the point ! The “survey “ cost £120 and basically told us nothing we didn’t know ! I have received the quote apparently to scan the drains and or set up monitoring cameras “ in the warehouse !!!!!?” The cost for this

As far as I can tell a Ione creature (probably a rat) popped through the open window for a little snack ! Got frightened and tried to dig its way out through the carped and floor ! There are no signs of it now no droppings ! No sighting no sounds ! Hopefully he eventually left the way he came in ! We will now close the window !!! Over £4000 !!!!! Seriously 😂🤬😂 DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE !they will attempt to rob you !!!!!!!? They don’t deserve even 1 star I’m seriously appalled
