They steal from us.

I connected to Claude using two paid accounts. They stole from both accounts without answering my complaints. I gave them screenshots. I used only 50% of my session, but they ended it and I had to wait for 4 hours to use it again. I cannot believe that's how they make money. I already started a legal presedure against them based on the EU law.
