When we attempted to reach them via public accountability channels on LinkedIn and Facebook, Sparkasse’s response was not compliance, it was active censorship. They are literally deleting legally grounded comments and blocking victims on social media instead of providing a lawful response. Lol, imagine a major banking institution acting like a panicking teenager on social media.

They freeze and hold your hard-earned money hostage without a valid judicial warrant or court order.

They actively profit off your locked assets while completely refusing to communicate with you.

They ignore official legal correspondence from attorneys and regulatory bodies.

Because of their arbitrary blockade and systemic racism, I am literally blocked from purchasing essential medical prescription glasses for my documented physical condition.

Official regulatory and legal complaints have already been escalated directly to BaFin, the Sparkassenverband (DSGV), the European Banking Authority (EBA), and international oversight authorities.
