The flight crew went above and behind to make this adventure possible for myself and my family. Our first flight was delayed from a storm, but they rescheduled us and kept excellent communication as the weather progressed until it became possible to fly again. My teenage kids, husband and I had an absolute blast. This was the highlight of our European vacation—all because the crew are the best humans you can ever hope to meet. The views of the alps, the castle and the lakes are unbeatable and the pictures they captured of us in flight are priceless. If you are in the area, you must make this opportunity a priority.
