I have been attempting to reach a human for 2 weeks regarding my payoff check sent in for a vehicle. No one answers, I put my information in and it says they are closed. I'm losing daily interest on both my loan refund and my GAP insurance. It will not allow me to cancel the GAP until the vehicle is payed off. Ally has really gone down hill. I would not recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they send threatening emails that I'm over due with my payment when they received my vehicle payoff 4 days prior to the due date but are refusing to credit my account or cash the check. That is per my credit union that I refinanced with. Ally... do better.
