Billy J’s customer service team were extremely helpful in granting me a refund out of good faith for a few bridesmaid dress options I had purchased, when I was meant to only receive store credit for the return since the dresses were ordered during the mid year sale period. Even though it was my mistake for not being clear on the mid year sale return policy, they were so kind and gave me a full refund for the dresses I did not pick. And on that note, I am so happy with the quality and style of the dress I did end up choosing.
