Items never delivered
I ordered 2 x mora tap O-Rings Mora 209519.AE via this platform. Never received those. I contacted seller customer service where they say that they have investigation ongoing.
Now it has been ongoing 4 moths now, when asking about order answer is always the same "Since this is international warehouse shipment, we have submitted application for investigation"
Normal case would be that sent ordered replacement items to customer and investigate later what happened in your process. Not like playing time with customer, hoping that customer gets tired of asking since monetary value is not so huge.
For sure this is the first and last time when ordering nothing from this platform.
