Ordered on 1st July
Ordered on 1st July; Website and confirmatory email said "Your order will be ready for despatch in 6 days." It is now 8 days later and no indication of any progress with the order. No emails to indicate what, if any, progress has been made with my order.

Hi Charles, sorry you're disappointed with the lead time on your order of seat clamp parts.
Your order confirmation does state shipping will be between 9th and 13th July. You ordered them on a day we are closed but we ordered them straight away from Cube (in Holland) the next day. We did email you to say that it was being ordered in for you - maybe check your junk folder. Unfortunately the courier has delivered it to somewhere else in error and it's now showing as on back order with Cube.
We've sent you out an alternative option today but if you'd prefer a refund just let us know. Leaving us a 1 star review seems a little harsh, we work very hard to fulful orders in a timely manner but were let down by a courier in this instance.
