The care, attention to detail, and again just the care! The housing market right now is horrific, low supply and incredibly high demand but Holly still made such an effort to help me and my sister feel supported and for that I am grateful!

Even on her day off, she organised for me to still be able to get into properties quickly with her colleague Val (who is also fantastic).
