I ordered one side dish of chips/fries…three drinks and over an hour later, the fries never arrived. Slow kitchen service but good drinks. I heard other people canceling their order for salad because they had waited over an hour also, so I canceled my order as well. Maybe the goal is to just get people drinking more, but the service level on the food side was terrible. I’ll go elsewhere next time…too many other options to sacrifice good service.
