Misleading prices

The ads mention it's €9/month instead of €14 for a 60GB mobile subscription which seems like a good deal.

UNTIL you check out, then it's clear it's only for the first 2 months and ONLY if you ALSO transfer the energy utility contract to them.

If you don't want to transfer it's €12 for the first two months?

In my opinion this is false advertising and targeting old people to clearly mislead and deceive.

If they already use deceiving tactics for getting new customers I am frightened to know what tactics they use with existing customers.

Hello,

We’d like to clarify that this is not misleading advertising. The €9/month offer is clearly presented as a conditional promotion, linked to combining mobile with an energy contract and limited in time. These conditions are transparently communicated in the offer details and during the sign-up process before any commitment is made.

Alternative pricing applies if these conditions are not met, and this is equally disclosed upfront.

Cheers,
Benjamin
