There was an issue with my Robot Vacuum V8-Pro shortly after purchasing it. I contacted Oryzom and was assigned a customer service agent. Ricah worked through the problem with me and made sure I was satisfied. I pleased to say my Robot Vacuum V8-Pro is working great!
