See my case, for example, my account has someone that keeps trying to log in and it caused my account to get suspended, and all is logged out from devices, I can't play ubisoft crappy games and must wait 60 mins every day, I wanted to open up ubisoft support but guess what? IT NEEDS TO LOG IN FIRST and yep my account still suspended because said hacker keeps trying to get in

Definitely a flaw, this is a multimillion company and can't even think of a better logic behind this problem, gg rockstar, steam support better
