They gave me a car with the front tyres who were completely worn off. Due to the bad wheels alignement you couldn't see the terrible condition they were in, because the were completely worn off on the inside.
Most likely the car tyres has never been checked ones since they got the car.
This is really dangerous and we could have found ourselves involved into a serious accident or worse.
Luckily one of the tyres blown while we were driving slowly across a village, and there was a tyre shope not so far from where it happened, so I had to change both front tyres at my own expenses to get the car running again, then contact the customer service to get a refund, which hopefully will arrive soon.
The tyre shop guy told me that renting the car with tyres in such a bad condition is criminal.
A decent company would never let something like this happen.
I definitely would never rent again with them or with Sixt, which is the company they got me the car from.
