Extremely disappointing from start to finish. The furniture may look attractive in advertisements and showrooms, but the real quality often does not match the premium prices being charged. Delivery delays were frustrating, communication was poor, and trying to resolve issues with customer service became exhausting very quickly. The after-sales support especially left a terrible impression, with little accountability and slow responses. Overall, the experience felt far more stressful than it should ever be when buying furniture.
