Great customer Service, Julia was extremely helpful and assuring when placing an order and everything went super smooth.
My watch had some minor scratches which was quite unfortunate but it does not look worn so I believe it has happened in handling or during inspection. A polish might help but overall I'm very happy and I'll very likely place another order at BitDials in the future!

The item is brand new from our storage. It’s unfortunate, but a tiny scratch can be caused on sensitive materials such as yellow gold even by handling in our logistics. Of course, we will compensate for the polishing.
