This is not the case at all. We deal with returns all the time. We do not accept returns requests over the phone for consumers, but we have a contact form, and email address for this purpose, with most emails being returned within an hour during the working day.

Customer Service is very much existent and these instructions are prominently laid out on our contact page, and on the emails we send you when dispatching your order.
