I have had this service for years, it has been very reliable and responsive. It however has decided that a simple mailbox service needs to go AI and it is not necessary. Those who are enjoying the experience we currently have should not be forced into a new service at a higher cost that has things we will never use. This is why I am giving them a low rating.
