Next day delivery, on a Sunday, so very happy with that! My old vacuum, a Hoover, barely lasted a year, started to fall apart the very week after 12 month warranty ended so thought I'd go back to Vax, I spent a bit more this time and I bought the VAX LiftOut Reach Pet. Very sturdy, nice thick cable, pretty quiet too, lots of attachments so I am well pleased with my purchase thus far. If it lasts longer than the Hoover I'll be even happier.
