Scam!
This is a scam! So do you wanna play that game? Sure... I ordered from them 3months ago and they sent me a package full of seeds, almost no buds and my order were actually buds. Now I made another order thinking maybe it was a mistake before. This time they sent my package to some random address and said to me that either I collect the package or I lose it and I won't get my money back!! Scammers!!

If the courier cannot complete the delivery because the address cannot be located or the recipient is unavailable, the package is placed at a nearby pickup point. This is a standard courier procedure designed to prevent the parcel from being returned immediately, giving the recipient the opportunity to collect it at a convenient time.
If you decide not to collect the package, we cannot issue a refund until the parcel has been returned to us by the courier. Once we receive it back, we will process your request according to our policy.
