I ordered a book described as being in ‘very good’ condition. When I received it there was damage to the spine - it was starting to tear away from the rest of the book, which would only get worse with use.
The book clearly wasn’t in very good condition. But I give a 5* review because this was very easy to sort out with Customer Services. I received a full refund a few days later
