STAY AWAY! I paid this company to inspect a car for me from interstate. Spoke to the inspector before, sent a text before and spoke to him after. Told me car was "perfect" like brand new. Car arrived with over 50 stone chips on the bonnet, guards and bumper. The windscreen was also pitted. When challenged they said i did not pay for the "paint package" even though i discussed paint condition when talking to the inspector as well as a text. Took no responsibility. I now have a $40,000 car that requires a re-spray.

Lauren, you purchased our Basic Inspection Package, which does not include any assessment of paint, bodywork, or cosmetic condition - those items are covered in Standard or Premium Package. Expecting that level of detail from a basic-tier service is unreasonable and outside the agreed scope.
Despite this, we still extended a goodwill resolution, which you accepted. It’s therefore disappointing to see a review that misrepresents the situation. Our terms and service inclusions are clearly outlined before booking to ensure full transparency.
You were a very difficult customer without any care for small businesses as evident with multiple negative reviews in your account.
