first and foremost Disney is unreliable. I want to cancel my subscription, but I cannot do it on the website. On the phone they want my credit card number when a) i do not recall it and b) since i suspended my account the only option is to restart my subscription. I am also going to contact Disney+ legal to void any and all agreements that I have with them. They killed someone at the park thru negligence and are trying to use subscription agreements that had nothing to do with the park to get into arbitration; I have no problem using arbitration for the service I used but i consider it unethical to use that as a blanket for the entire Disney company complex. As of this moment I am still waiting on the phone to cancel my subscription. as of this moment I have been on this call for 20 minutes.
