Good product with small frustrating problems
The sales department was very good. I got a lot of help during the ordering.
The delivery was a nightmare. One big package was missed, it was delivered two weeks later after it was found in the factory.
The product quality is good.
The assembly instructions can be more detailed. Some steps are missing not clear how to assemble particular parts.
The support is great. Every issue raised during assembly was solved in acceptable timeframe.
