We had the pleasure of taking one of Paula's yoga classes as part of a Walking and Wellness Holiday. Paula made all instructions easy to follow, with different levels offered for most poses. The class was thoroughly enjoyable, Paula was so knowledgeable, passionate about yoga and fun! I wish I could take regular classes with Paula. Thank you Happy Yoga Wales :)
