Constant delays, empty promises from Customer Support

On the 24th May 2023, I ordered my road bike - SL R Disc, and was given a estimated dispatch date of 11th July.

The original estimated dispatch date has passed, and the date has changed several times since, firstly to 07/08/2023 and then to 18/08/2023.

Naturally, I have already spoken to Customer Support on each occasion, and each time I have been promised that the missing parts are due to be delivered "next week" and they are confident my bike will be dispatched before the estimated date - this has yet to be true. The constant inability to provide a delivery date for a £5000 bike is incredibly frustrating, and changing the delivery date a week before is a terrible customer experience - especially when it happens multiple times.

I am now left with the decision of "do I continue to wait, just for the bike to be sat inside - because winter is just round the corner" or "cancel and order again next year, joining the lottery again".
