2 parcels ordered and despatched, only 1 received however when I rang the customer line replacements were sent without query which was good. That parcel has been received, thanks.
When it arrived via Yodel it absolutely stank of smoke and we had to immediately put it outside to open, this was obviously down to the driver, not a good experience. Thankfully the products inside were fine.
