Some order issues but people work there who care and have great products
I placed an order with Loaf in September, expecting to receive my order at the latest 7 weeks later, as they advertise. After changing my order 4 days after submitting it, then the customer service rep, entering it wrong on the update, I had some longer than expected delays on receiving the goods.
Their production is good but they have some issues in their order processes.
Update: pleased with the proposed follow by Loaf following setting our complaint here. Could be a better ending than initially hoped. Thanks Tori
