I have purchased probably a dozen cases of "fine" wines from Saratoga over the internet. Red Burgundies and Barolos. All have arrived as scheduled, were safely packaged in Styrofoam custom carton inserts, were in fine condition without any issues. I would order again from them with complete confidence.
