1 week after order no news of despatch of goods. E- mailed, no response.
3 days later, e- mailed, no response.
4 days later, still no response so arranged charge back via credit card.
Totally non responsive to mails, no despatch of goods.
Avoid these people or lose your money

I have contacted this company several times regarding goods that were not delivered and have received no response to any of my emails.

I hope someone from the company sees this review and contacts me so that this matter can finally be resolved.

A very frustrated customer.

For me, it's a great way to start the morning because it gives me a boost of energy. It tastes really good, especially with milk. I really enjoy the Yagcho Immun flavor, although Flora has'nt been my favorite so far. Even so, I always feel better after having it.

Best Produkt I have ever had for my IBS, offers a Solid base and is the only thing that works for me. Definately worth trying, if You have been trying loads of different things, that never work! 5****

I am taking Yagcho neuro and it calms me down a lot. My periphere nerves revover,I feel. My entire nerve system calms down. Also I like the taste. In the evening a glass of yagcho neuro made with hot water brings me relaxation after a busy day. Im summer and in winter.

Runaway SCAM!!!
I ordered one of their products but never received any confirmation by email. I tried to contact them by phone, but no one answered — instead, you just get a message telling you to send an email. I've sent several emails, but still haven't received any response. Be careful — this seems like a major scam, or their customer service is so terrible that it says a lot about the company. But of course, they were quick to take the money from my account — that part they managed just fine!

The quality of the products is on top level, I like the packaging and glass bottles, all products taste very nice!! Doing great job!! :))

I tried Neuro, Flora and Immun and I can not do without anymore. All three work perfectly on me. Neuro is a great support for anyone who is intellectually busy like I am in these months working full time and studying at university. Flora helps me a lot not getting constipated during stressful times and my skin positively reflects the healthy gut. Immun with its adaptogens gives me the powerful kick at work allowing focus and balance. Great flavours and trustworthy company!

Ich trinke seit 10 Tagen Immo am Morgen und nachmittags wie abends Neuro. I’m feeling great. Energy has gotten better and sleep is deeper. Planning to do this for 3 months with 3 drinks a day. I can’t wait how I will feel then.

The product reminds me of a TCM mix I was taking in the past. i take it in the night before going to bed. 👌🏻

I purchased the "anti-stress complex" package of three from YAGCHO in hopes of finding relief from stress and anxiety. However, after just two weeks of use, I developed a strong aversion to the product. The mere smell of it made me nauseous, and I couldn't bear to continue using it.

Regrettably, this means I now have two full, unused bottles of the product that I cannot return. It's frustrating to realize that YAGCHO offers a 100-day refund guarantee, but I discovered my aversion too late to take advantage of it.

Not only did the product fail to deliver on its promised benefits, but it also caused me physical discomfort. I am deeply disappointed in the quality of this product and the lack of assistance from YAGCHO's customer service regarding my inability to return the unused bottles. I would caution others against purchasing from this company until they improve both their product quality and customer service policies.

For now I am happy with the product. The taste is delicious (especially after adding a sip of Ahorn Sirup) and I do feel more calm to be honest… I think it really supports our stressed system

I've been drinking the tea for a year. It tastes good and it's visibly changes my mood. After Yagcho tea, I no longer need coffee in the afternoon. That was my goal. A.S.
