I previously gave your company positive reviews. I had successful redemptions, praised your direct-to-bank payout process, and had no reason at the time to tell people not to use your site.
That has changed.
I paid for your Weekly Yay Plan/VIP offer and then encountered serious problems accessing my account when the benefit I paid for was supposed to become available. I know my password. It has been the same password since I opened the account. When I attempted your password-recovery process, your system claimed that a reset email had been sent. It never arrived. I therefore did not reset or change my password.
Then your support department turned an account-access dispute into something considerably more concerning.
Your representative, Beth, told me that a security check had been initiated involving a payment card ending in 2940 and requested that I provide a photograph of myself holding that card.
There is one major problem:
THAT IS NOT MY CARD.
I do not possess or recognize a payment card ending in 2940.
My actual card ends in 7658. I have bank records showing purchases at YAYCASINO.COM using that card. I have provided your support department with screenshots documenting those transactions. My bank's own purchase notifications identify x7658 as the card used at YAYCASINO.COM.
So now I want a direct answer from Yay Casino:
Where did 2940 come from?
If 2940 was simply an error by your representative, say so and correct it.
If it was not an error, explain why a card I do not recognize appeared in a security review of my account, and identify the transaction or transactions you believe are associated with it.
Do not ask me to verify possession of somebody else's card and then call that account security.
Meanwhile, I have documented the account-access failures, the unsuccessful recovery process, my transactions, your emails, my communications with support, and the screenshots I supplied to you.
I am not interested in another generic password-reset response, promotional credit, or canned customer-service message. I want the actual issues addressed: restore legitimate access to my account, account for the paid benefits I have been unable to access, and explain exactly why your security department introduced a card ending in 2940 when my documented card ends in 7658.
I gave Yay Casino credit publicly when my experience was good. I am equally prepared to document publicly what happens when it is not.
If Yay Casino resolves this properly and provides a credible explanation, I will report that too.
Until then, this is my experience with your company, and I have the records to support what I've stated.
