Excellent store and service
I mostly pre-order games and I actually have a new one I just made last Friday.
I live in a another country but I still mostly get the games on release day (I didn't get RE9 on release, but that was due to the shipping company and not the store).
The prices are fair and being able to pay only part of a pre-order is a really good feature.

Most of the products are priced quite fairly, I often buy my ps5 games from here. Recently I got the Indian Jones one(which is awsome by the way) and a couple of other more niche games.
Besides that, sometimes they have interesting merch available, I'm not the kind of person to buy figurines and stickers all the time but they can be a nice christmas gift for someone xD
