I've been a customer for over 15 years and I wanted to renew my subscription and wanted to know if the King's day offer was also for renewals. Send them an email and within the hour I got a response that I could use the offer and it would be extended to my current subscription. So quick and great service and the renewal was settled in a couple of minutes.
