Very disappointing delivery experience
I ordered a €430 mirror from X²O specifically because the advertised delivery time was 1–2 days. It has now been almost a week and I still haven’t received it.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was initially told the mirror would be delivered with a different delivery service. Now, almost a week later, it has suddenly been handed over to DHL. I have no idea why the delivery method changed or what has been happening with my order in the meantime.
I specifically relied on the stated 1–2 day delivery time because my partner was supposed to install the mirror before leaving. Because of these delays, that is now no longer possible.
For a €430 purchase, I expected much better communication and a delivery process that actually matched what was advertised. If you cannot deliver within 1–2 days, you should not advertise a 1–2 day delivery time.

Great Experience at x2o Amsterdam with Jair
We went to the Amsterdam Store to renovate the bathrooms of our home. Designing the bathrooms and getting everything was quite a stressful ordeal that left us continuosly wondering and on the edge. Jair from x2o Amsterdam was super helpful and also very knowledgable. Although one of his colleagues was helping us he stayed with us throughout the ordering experience made very important remarks that made sure that we weren't making any mistakes and missing any key components. I look forward to receiving the order and will update my review once the order is received on the quality and experience.

Not so good experience
From beginning to the product I can say, not have good experience. In the office employee doesn't help in a good way, communication was not good. On the product there was a water leakage on pipe. Design of the product was not so efficient in terms of flushing and ergonomy.
