This is an online store with Shopify
This is an online store they want people to run. They tell you their AI does everything for you but yet you have to attend coaching and mentoring sessions. If AI does everything for you, why do you need to attend these sessions unless they are trying to up sell you? The person I spoke with Daniel was being coached as to what to say I could hear the coach in the background and when I ask to speak with the person that was coaching Daniel, Daniel lie and argued with me, telling me I must be hearing music in the background so the next time his coach told him what to say I recited it before Daniel did. No music in the background! Daniel still wanted to argue with me. I cannot do business with someone that lies. While he tried high pressure tactics, I am not the person that works on. I can see how some people get roped in and falls for this. He was to have transfer me to billing for a refund and I was told they are having tech issues and cannot bring up my record, and they would call me back. BUYER BEWARE.
Chatlyia : European cooling-off period scam - Arnaque droit de rétractation Européen
On April 18, 2026, I subscribed to the one-year renewable "standard Chatlyia" plan. As a European customer, I was aware of my 14-day withdrawal right. After my first searches, I quickly realized the service fell far short of my expectations. After spending some time unsuccessfully trying to find out how to cancel my subscription within the 14-day window, I sent an email to Chatlyai. As of today, April 25, 2026, I have still received no reply, and I have no idea how to exercise my withdrawal right, which expires in 7 days! I followed up with them, again without success. Bottom line: zero service, zero responsiveness, 100% scam!!!

I was misled by Vyro.ai / Chatly…
I was misled by Vyro.ai / Chatly through Google ads and branding that looked almost identical to OpenAI’s ChatGPT. I thought I was subscribing to ChatGPT, but instead I ended up with a one-year subscription to Chatly.
When I realized the mistake, I requested a refund — they refused. Even worse, they still refuse to delete my stored payment and personal data despite multiple GDPR requests. I am now in an ongoing complaint with them and data protection authorities.
Be aware:
They recently changed their logo and use different email addresses than the ones listed in their Terms of Use.
They appear to be registered in Pakistan, not Switzerland as I was originally led to believe.
Support responses are inconsistent, and policies are unclear.
This feels like a scam operation that Google should not allow to advertise at the top of search results. Please be very careful before subscribing — don’t make the same mistake I did.
FRAUDULENT PRACTICES
This company charged me with a $156 subscription fee that I never consented to. I had never heard of them prior to the charge. After contacting them for a refund and threatening to dispute the charge with my credit card company, they agreed to refund me $100 only and keep the $56 as a “service charge” (???). I did not accept and called my credit card company immediately. They considered this a fraudulent charge and changed my credit card number.
This company is a scam.

A marginally useful software that has an automatic annual renewal. They will not back down from the renewal fee even when contacted the day of the renewal. Also rather hard to contact.
Basically, they impress me as a company with a marginal product that users eventually forget about having because there are better options, milking people to inadvertent renewals.
SCAM
I recently subscribed to Chatly by mistake, thinking it was the official ChatGPT Plus by OpenAI. When I searched on a search engine, your app appeared among the top results, and since the interface looked exactly the same as the official version, I couldn’t tell the difference.
I was unaware that this is a third-party app, and I wouldn’t have made the subscription had I known. I’ve paid for a full year in advance, but haven’t used the service at all.
Additionally, I haven’t received any response to my previous emails, and I don’t know how to proceed with the refund. My advice is that no one should subscription it. Because it is scam !!!!
it doesn't look good
Mimo jednego razowego wyszukiwania próbowano pobrać ponownie kartę po dostępie. it doesn't necessarily have to be but it looks like a scam. I wrote to support, if they respond it may change the rating.
The quality of their tool itself is also poor.
Refund Policy is a Scam – Poor Customer Support!
I purchased a yearly subscription from Chatly (Vyro AI) on February 20, 2025, but immediately realized that the service does not support Turkish-English translation, which was the main reason for my purchase. I requested a refund within 30 minutes, well within their policy.
Despite multiple emails and providing all requested details (proof of purchase, issue explanation, and screenshots), the support team keeps giving irrelevant responses instead of processing my refund. They even suggested using different AI models instead of acknowledging the issue!
Their refund policy is misleading, and customer service deliberately delays responses to avoid issuing refunds. I have now escalated the issue to my bank for a chargeback.
I strongly advise against purchasing any subscription from Chatly unless you are prepared to fight for a refund if their service fails to meet expectations.
Impossible to cancel
To cancel your subscription, Vyro requires that you email them to request a cancellation. Then they send you a response. Instead of confirming cancellation, they ask you why you need to cancel. Then you respond and they do nothing. I requested cancellation nine days ago. Today, they charged my credit card again. It’s infuriating.
🚨 WARNING
🚨 WARNING: VYRO AI charged me fraudulently! 🚨
I requested VYRO AI to remove my credit card details from their system, but despite that, they still charged me for a subscription for March 2025! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.

Their product does not even read a document. False advertisement. Super slow customer support and no refund although it is within their policy to return the money if their product does not deliver.
Please be cautious with this…
Please be cautious with this platform—it’s one of the worst AI-integrated systems I’ve encountered. I made a purchase thinking it was part of the ChatGPT plan, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. The plan was extremely disappointing, and I requested a refund just two days later. Unfortunately, they refused to process the refund and essentially took the money without resolving the issue.
I wanted to share this to ensure others don’t face the same situation.
Misleading
SCAM: They come across as ChatGPT. I was misguided by their advertisement and then requested a refund with the first 20 min of purchase. I paid for the whole year and then they declined the refund. They don't give any refunds and just keep giving excuses. Not one to write reviews but I'm for sure not the only one having issues. Just don't use them- they don't have good business practices. Stay alert out there.
🚨Scam Alert – Chatly AI (Vyro LLC) Misleading Ads & Refund Refusal! 🚨
I saw an ad for Chatly AI and thought it was ChatGPT, so I made a purchase. Only after payment did I realize it was NOT ChatGPT! Feeling misled, I requested a refund within 30 minutes, but they refused!
This is false advertising and an unfair business practice. They are tricking consumers with misleading ads and refusing refunds. Don’t fall for this scam!
I will be reporting this to Google Ads for further action. Vyro LLC needs to be held accountable!
❌ Avoid Chatly AI & Vyro LLC! ❌
Its a company pretending to provide AI…
Its a company pretending to provide AI services by using the name like Chatly with ChatGPT logo to steal openAI customers and charge them the monthly billing fee without providing the basic services of free ChatGPT features. They have a purposefully dismissive refund policy with terms that allow them to wait out your refund request and outright refuse it based on interpretation. They also will not allow you to delete your card information after cancelling subscription. Please mass report them to prevent more people from being scammed. Thank you
Scam! Be careful!
Scam! Copycat of ChatGPT. Brand squatters! They will mislead you and refuse to refund you.
Vyro is a scam
Vyro is a scam! They are a copy cat of Open AI Chat GPT. I thought I was subscribing to Open AI version. I realized my mistake immediately upon using Chatly from Vyro and seeing the inferior quality. I asked for a refund within 13 minutes of subscribing and was refused. It is clearly a scam website pretending to be Open AI Chat GPT.
Avoid Chatly – It's a Scam!
I mistakenly subscribed to ChatlyAI.app, thinking it was ChatGPT. Within minutes, I realized my error and discovered that the product is completely non-functional. I immediately contacted their support team to request a refund, but despite three separate attempts, I’ve received no response. This lack of accountability forced me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company appears to be highly unethical, and I sincerely hope it is investigated and shut down. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!
Beware: Misleading and Deceptive Practices – Avoid at All Costs!
I recently signed up for a yearly subscription to ChatlyAI (Powered by Vyro), mistakenly believing it to be associated with the official ChatGPT service by OpenAI. The website’s design, landing page, wording, and overall presentation intentionally create confusion, leading unsuspecting users like myself to believe they are subscribing to a reputable AI service.
Once I realized my mistake, I immediately canceled my subscription, but unfortunately, their refund policy is extremely restrictive. Despite having paid for an entire year, they refuse to offer even a partial refund, citing vague and unfair terms.
Here’s why you should think twice before subscribing:
Deceptive Marketing: The website closely resembles well-known AI services, misleading users into thinking they are signing up for something else.
No Refund Policy: Unless you cancel within 30 minutes (yes, 30 minutes!), you are locked in, with no recourse—even if you haven't fully used the service.
Unethical Business Model: They capitalize on user confusion and rely on restrictive refund terms to keep your money.
I regret falling for this and hope my review will prevent others from making the same mistake. Stay away from ChatlyAI and only use verified platforms like OpenAI’s official website.
If you’ve been scammed by them, I suggest reporting the website and sharing your experience to prevent further deception.
