These pods just suck! Customer service just sucks. Like many people I live paycheck to paycheck, and numerous times, the pods just quit working. After my last pod quit working in the 4 pk, I had to buy a 2 pack yesterday to get me to pay day. Guess what? Each one worked for a little bit then quit! I’m quitting Vuse!! You suck!!

Used to be able to buy a 4 pod pack of the 5% golden tobacco and it would last a full 7-8 days!! Now, in addition to 4 only getting me 5.5-6 days, the pods just completely stop working. So, you have to bump the pod up and down in and out of the actual device really fast to get it to work BUT it works for just one hit!! So then, Rinse, repeat!

Lately the pods just leak a lot. Sometimes they are leaking before use right out of the pack but usually they just leak after use. Also every 20 or so pods you'll get one that just doesn't work at all. Really annoying considering they cost $8+/pod. Then you complain via email and they say to call. I don't want to call.

I am so sick and tired of buying vuse 1.8 Classic Tobacco pods and they are GROSS. I just got MI844XG5 and they are so dark and nasty tasting. I can tell you what s/n have been good pods over the past 5 yrs. I threw away 4 yrs of pods, but I have pics of the s/n and the pods. There should be ONE FORMULA that they use. The crazy thing is that the gross ones last longer cause you don't smoke them as much. When I get a good pack, and love the taste, I go through it much quicker. Something has to be done. They obviously do not care about their customers.

Worst customer service and supervisor, I've ever spoke with.

Been using for about 2 years, at about $300 to $400 a month. Contacted for defective devices, (chargers & pods), and they just don't care they are loosing my business.

Go somewhere else do not buy from VUSE, you will regret it, if you have an issue.

HOW do these people have buisness selling their vapes in local shops etc? I bought a 'vape' and pod as i was desprate whilst i sorted my actul vape/mod/tank. This has to be the worst VAPE i have EVER used. AWFUL taste, hardly any pull/vapour. Just stay away. Why shops are still selling these behind the counter ill never know. never again

Tried this out to stop smoking in the house. 2 out of 4 pods wouldn't work. How do you sell a product with 50% fail rate and not have the government step in at some point? Was promised a refund... Never got it. So they're liars and thieves. Do not recommend.

I have been using Vuse for about a year and some change. But recently, in the past 6 months, the pods have been leaking, and all of the manufacturing pods for the month of May are defective. I literally bought 3 boxes of 6 pods in total, and all of them leaked and spit in your mouth. I threw them away and am changing to a new brand or just stopping for good. DO NOT BUY THEM!

Many pods just stop working 1/2 to 3/4 full and they are expensive. I called the company and got a rep who could barely understand/speak English and she just kept asking me the same quesion over and over-do I use nicotine products... As usless as the vapes.
Cheap/defective products and even worse customer service. I am switching to another brand.

Pods just stop working or don't work at all. Called company 3 times for them to fix this problem. Still not fixed and it has been over a year. Apparently they do not care about the quality of their product. Then it's like pulling teeth to try and get your money back. Time to switch to someone else.

Just switched to Vuse (because of myblu discontinuance) within the past 3 weeks and VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I chose this brand because of the sales pitch that the pod prices were higher but the pods last longer.
That might be true if the pods didn’t STOP working after half full. I’ve bought 2 chargers, and when through all the troubleshooting with the same results. I’ve bought 2 pack pods from many different locations. After seeing other reviews this is an KNOWN ISSUE.
I would give a “ZERO” score if that was an option.
Definitely a manufacturing or design issue that should be reviewed and fixed.

I used leap it was discontinued and then njoy was the same consistent flavor. Their quality were very great consistent . I have changed to vuse is 3 times the price and the quality is very poor the color and same with the flavors were same different taste in a 4 pod package from tan to dark brown . And 34$ 4 pod package is discouraging am trying to wean off ciggerettes.and prices is discouraging but does not help fighting nicotine addiction i did enjoy leap Georgia real tobacco flavor and the golden tobacco same flavor but the inconsistent color or taste really sorry to say it this way but really sucks and the 21$ for 2 pods is over priced for a poor consistent products the leaps i was getting 2 pod package for 5.99 to 7.99 depends on location.. then njoy that i changed when leap was discontinued was priced 8.99 to 11.99 depending on location as well and now the vuse prices are 21.99 to 24.99 so here in Arkansas

Fuse vapes are a rip off!!!! I hate spending my hard earned money on a product that quits working, taste burnt, leaks, etc., etc!!!!

Been a long time Vuse customer, started buying from them back when they were called Vype in the Uk and they used to be incredible- great flavours, consistent experience and value for money.
The trouble started when the original company was bought by BAT and the name changed to Vuse, things have gone rapidly downhill since then and the quality is now, quite frankly, garbage. Every single flavour tastes disgusting with a weird chemical aftertaste, their 'improved' devices aren't a patch on the old ePens and make a weird humming noise when you use them.
Needless to say I'm not going to be buying any more. It's a real shame that BAT have run what was a great little startup into the ground.

90% of pods go bad halfway through

Their product is garbage every time I buy a new battery it lasts about a month and they have doubled in price over the past couple years SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY THIS CRAP

Use to love them , new pods make us cough and hurts me and my mom and uncles throats
Old pods worked better

Disgusting customer service from reps to supervisors. If you have any issues good luck with those vile creatures.

Only gave one star cuz you can’t give zero these are the nastiest vape I have tried. Waste of money
