From the start Alan was amazing helping me choose the correct equipment for my new van conversion.

First time doing it so I kept asking silly questions however Alan and Sam was so patient and always responded quickly.

The aftersales service has been great and has put me at ease and would 100% use again.

In my twenties I installed a few solar systems into vans etc. With incredible difficulty might I add now I'm in my thirties I had to do it again but this time came across Vunked. Absolute game changer. Firstly, I thought I knew what I needed but after a call with the crew they came up with a much better system to fit my needs. Not only were they extremely friendly and very helpful but unbelievably knowledgeable. But my favorite part was enjoying how passionate you could hear they are. Many weeks later, with the help of fantastic, easy to read blueprints. I started to fit my setup. One Sunday came across a small blip I couldn't figure out. So helpless I called Vunked (on a Sunday afternoon might I add?) and they were nothing extremely understanding and happy to help. To me, this speaks volumes about a company how they're still willing to help you weeks down the line and even on a Sunday! My experience so far has been nothing short and faultless. Couldn't recommend enough. Will definitely use again.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Never had such helpful and fast customer service before! Phones calls discussing the system, to having the drawings 2 minutes later with everything on the way! Support throughout the build has been spot on and all questions I’ve had have been answered within half an hour. Spot on and highly recommend. Thanks to the vunked team for an easy install

I bought a complete system from Vunked last year for my van conversion. Everything from the phone calls, planning, and the delivery was first class. I had an issue with a unit, and it was resolved within a couple of days with a new unit being delivered. The service I have received is unrivalled. I just wish every company was like Vunked. I thoroughly recommend Vunked if you are planning a van conversion.

Brilliant customer service, before and after we purchased a full set up for the campervan, including a lithium battery and everything else needed.
Wiring diagram was easy to understand.

The help and knowledge we received from Sam at Vunked was beyond what we expect in this day so many companies in this trade especially, take your money send the goods and you are then left to it . Not in our case with vunked we messed up an order and Sam promptly sorted us out .He also helped us along the process of setting up our electrics .

I cannot rate Vunked highly enough. This is the first time I have completed a Campervan conversion and the service I have had from Vunked has been invaluable. I am an electrical fitter but wasn’t confident enough to work out myself as this is a job that you can’t afford to get wrong. Using Vunked to design and supply a system for me to fit was a breeze. It was an enjoyable experience and took away all the anxiety of getting it right. I was able to concentrate on what I do well knowing that it would “just work” when switched on. It has done exactly that. I have added a few bits to the system which I was confident to do. If in doubt use Vunked. Thank you!

I've been using these Guys for two years now and I must say that I'm overly impressed with them.
I asked them to help me design my Vans Electrical System and they were extremely helpful and I got exactly what I needed.
Their Customer Service is brilliant, they reply very promptly and any queries are professionally dealt with.
A customer couldn't ask for more.

The build configuration tool was excellent, adapted to my requirements and updated the days off grid when choosing different batteries and solar panels , haven’t needed to contact fir any help yet but I know people who have and said they are excellent, why shop around as everything you need comes with the components you order , just needed some cable ties , conduit and grommets which to be fair they would never know how you are installing . I opted for rubber well nuts for solar panel brackets for better water ingress protection .

Arrived very quickly with one order arriving the following week, great information provided for the install.
Only comment i have is i was about 8” short on the 8mm cable but this could easily be to just how i laid out the system.

My telephone conversation was first rate. I was asked questions i hadn't thought of. I was given options as to which system to choose and no rush to decide. Excellent service
