Incredibly friendly approach
Incredibly friendly approach. I made a mistake in ordering and the store solved it immediately. The trees are shipped on Monday and are with you by Friday. The prices are very favorable. The shipping price is also good. The only problem is that the trees have no support at the top and the carrier literally destroyed the packaging. Some branches are broken and the leaves are torn. However, it is a tax for shipping and in the end all the trees are OK. The leaves and branches will grow over time. There is no reason to lower the rating of an otherwise great store.

Excellent quality plants
Excellent quality plants! They arrived exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful shape, healthy foliage, and even fruits on some of the trees. The seller kindly sent me photos before shipping, which I really appreciated. The communication was good overall, even though I would have appreciated a clearer response regarding my last request. I am very happy with the quality of the plants and would definitely buy from this seller again.

Perfect buying experience for me
Perfect buying experience for me. Very good price, fast shipping and great packing. Plants spent 7 days in transport to Portugal, locked in a box, and still arrived in great shape. Best quality Meyer lemon tree and Figer Lime.
I have to say I was amazed. Thank you very much. I won't hesitate to buy from Vivai Miano again.
