The sofa was purchased and delivered within a few weeks but unfortunately it had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Veke and they were very good at sending out a replacement very quickly. The sofa is comfortable and practical.

They have best customer services and best product quality

At the store the salesperson was very helpful but I was disappointed to find out that if you want a delivery of a product that weighs more than 100kgs they don't deliver it all the way into the apartment even if you are willing to pay extra for it. They informed me that they would leave outside the building and I would have to make arrangements for getting it inside the apartment. Not everyone has the luxury of having someone who is able to help them carry a heavy product into their apartment. For that reason I could not get the sofa bed that I had wanted.
Otherwise I was very happy with the other smaller products that I got from the store.

Excellent product for someone looking a bed for their back pains. Use this bed with a good bed top and it has helped me a lot.

I give 5 stars for the product because i like it, good quality and nice looking. but service is less than 2 stars, original delivery was mid Aug, then i got an email that it is delayed until early Sep, then delayed again until mid Sep. Which is Horrible, they should instead give the correct delivery date from the biggening.

I found the web site fairly easy to navigate, the product was dispatched promptly and I was kept informed of the stages of delivery. The product is of good quality and I am enjoying using it.

Surprisingly fast delivery, with very helpful customer support. Both times I requested a callback, I received a call on the same day. The pickup experience through Posti was exceptionally seamless, with helpful delivery staff and very secure packaging. The items were easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, a very smooth experience with Veke! 😊

The bed frame is sturdy and it looks really nice! Perfect for our bedroom.

Pickup from Veke was easy, the guy put the packages to my car.

Simple and attractive

Delivery was done on time and product is exactly as it was described in product description.

Customer support is good. The products are of excellent quality. And the installation manual is greatly helpful. Very good experience. Will surely buy again from Veke and also recommend veke to family and friends.

Shipping was also fast, and customer service was exceptional.

Had an issue with return as it did not register to the store. Please keep the receipt and any evidence of the return until money is back in your account. I received a refund eventually after a month when contacting customer support.
