Simple and attractive

Delivery was done on time and product is exactly as it was described in product description.

Had an issue with return as it did not register to the store. Please keep the receipt and any evidence of the return until money is back in your account. I received a refund eventually after a month when contacting customer support.

The cabinet itself is of decent quality for the price, but the back panel was missing from the package. Veke’s customer support simply doesn’t respond. This is already the second issue I’ve had with this company, and this was my last order from them.

I purchased an outdoor sofa from Veke, assuming “sofa” still means something that you can actually sit on for more than a few months.

I was wrong.

After less than three months of normal use, the armrest gave up. Which is honestly faster than most seasonal decorations I’ve owned.

Even more impressive is the customer service strategy: complete silence. A very modern interpretation of “warranty support,” where the warranty exists on paper but not in reality.

If you are looking for a sofa that comes with a short lifespan and an equally short customer support experience, this might actually be the perfect match.

Some of the parts weren't fitting in exactly as expected and it took a bit of effort to attach them. This was our first time ordering from Veke, so we were expecting instructions as detailed as Ikea, which was not the case too.
The product however was very good post the assembly challenges. We had to get a replacement part as one of the parts was broken, but the support experience was very good and seamless too.
