Not recommended

Customer service is incredibly poor. The company is unreachable, neither by email nor by phone. Nobody seems to care that my package never arrived. I haven't received a refund yet, either.

Extremely professional and very kind customer service

Although one item was missing it was a great shopping experience: The customer service replied immediately to my request in the most kind and professional manner. The missing item was shipped the same day and the investigate the process to make sure it can't happen again. That's what I consider truly professional.
A big thank you to the team!

Really friendly customer service!

Had some trouble with the Vetevo-app and contacted the customer service. Got a quick reply and they solved the problem - app works fine again.
Great and friendly people working at the customer service! :)
