I did contact them on three different ways to edit my order, right after doing it.
lady told me that there was no issue, just send more money (cause I wanted to add stuff) and there will be no worries, order will get edited. i did send money right after her response at 4am but she then ghosted me and shipped the initial order. I did inquire 5 times for a COUPON to get my money back and they dont care.
besides that yes they are legit. they just don't care.

Not really a same day delivery :/
Did the same day delivery as it was advertised on their website "mon-friday order before 6pm for a same day delivery". Made the order at 12pm and still haven't received the tracking order. Tried messaging the number that's listed on their website but no response.. There was no delivery made today which was disappointing.
UPDATE: In response to the reply - Sorry that I didn’t know you only recently launched this service. But also, it doesn’t state it anywhere on your website you have not started the service yet. If you could please respond back to my email/whatsapp message, I would like to discuss further for a solution.
