Disastrous delivery

The tracking of one of my parcels has been a complete nightmare; the communication with customer support has been unclear, and no solution has been offered apart from telling me to be patient and that it will take a while. A parcel worth 200 euros that’s God knows where – it’s mad! So my plans to upgrade my van are on hold.

According to the shipper, the parcel was delivered successfully at your address. We understand, that this is not the case, standard procedure in such cases is to start an investigation with the shipper, which we did.
