Great offer in terms of price, also happy with the bike itself (it’s exactly what I expected). Delivery went smoothly: one working day after I placed the order, I was contacted by the store to discuss delivery date and time. Delivery man arrived on time, explained everything about the bike. The bike was fully charged and ready to use, which is also nice.

I bought a Gazelle bicycle with a very good deal.
By mistake I have ordered wrong size. I contact customer service within the same day. They fixed my order immediately.
Bike is delivered within couple of days with a van.
They claim that delivery is free when your order total is over €50 but my order of over €60 get’s €45 delivery charges attached before I even enter my address.
