Nothing happening, they took my money but not sending me anything! I have to email them to see what is going on, ridiculous.

What a timing, my order just got shipped 2 minutes after writing this. I still think it should have been sent via express shipping for amount of time I'm waiting...
23/01. GLS website says it got delivered 23-Jan-2026 at 15:25 o`clock, no package, no email that says it will be delivered, no call from a driver. I was waiting at home! I called GLS, I guess some issue on a driver's side. They had great customer service (GLS), but I am probably left without package after over 3 weeks of waiting. Unlucky!

I placed my order on Dec 12 and still did not get my package or any update. Customer service is not responding anymore. Please do not order here!

Bought 3 bath rugs. They looked very nice and absorb the water well and don't slide. However, after using them for quite a while two of my mats still looked very good but one of them had a problem. I wrote the client service without any expectations because the rug wasn't very new anymore. It was just to inform them about my less good experience with one of the three products. They responded very quickly, asked questions and gave tips for maintenance and were extremely helpful and polite. Although it is still not entirely clear to me what happened, they offered to replace the one rug of which I wasn't happy. Whenever it is time to buy a new set, I will be buying again from this company for sure... That's what I call excellent service.

I bought a dozen or more Vossen towels from a UK stockist - the quality is great, really nice.
I do have an issue with the number of sewn-in care labels, at least two on each towel. (I'm not talking about the black Vossen brand label here)
These need to be cut off with scissors, leaving a small strip of label next to the seam. You cannot remove them entirely without damaging the stitching. It looks bad.
Why not just tag the labels on?

First discovered this brand shopping in Berlin - I'm still using the same face cloths I bought several years ago now, and they're holding up really well. They're a bit cheaper than some other quality towel companies, and offer flat face flannels, not just cloth gloves. Great range of colour options, I consider myself a loyal customer.
