Excellent and fast processing
The website is easy to use. The price for a replacement starter battery was very competitive. Orders can be placed as a guest without creating an account. Delivery within Germany was exceptionally fast and was completed within 36 hours by DHL. Packaging of the battery was secure.
The refund of the battery deposit (Germany) is clearly described and was processed within a few hours after uploading the confirmation of proper disposal, including crediting the deposit amount to the credit card account.
Communication by email was clear and helpful at any stage of the process.
Overall, I'm fully satisfied with the excellent service!

Avoid Voltimax.de (Battron GmbH) at all…
I am updating my previous review to reflect the excellent support I received from Growatt and Voltimax. After a communication regarding a technical specification issue (22A input), the company took full responsibility and sent a replacement unit directly from their European warehouse.
The new inverter arrived today, exactly as promised before the Easter holidays. I am very impressed with their professionalism and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Special thanks to the support team for staying in touch throughout the process. Highly recommended for their reliability
