The gummies I ordered arrived that I paid for. No problem there. I received 5 months worth. 1 month later, the same amount I originally paid left my bank account. I received an email in my spam, saying a different type of gummy was on its way. I didn't order this. They ignored my original communication via their website. I sent another email and they replied but concentrated on the strength of the gummy, not my original query regarding the money being taken and not ordering extra gummies. They only replied once. You cant login to an account on their site. BEWARE of this company!

The product seems as advertised but beware they are hiding the ball on signing you up for a subscription and if you accidentally sign up for a subscription, you suddenly also do t get the amount of product or free shipping so by the time you find out you’re well overcharged. My case against them is pending with PayPal. And because it’s so very underhanded, it makes me think it’s all just rubbish and the product doesn’t work. There’s certainly no sign of it working after the first month, although now I have 5 moths supplied and paid for!

EDIT: my PayPal claim was refused apparently it’s ok to have “opt out” subscription purchases where the subscription is hidden in the structure or the web site! I do not recommend “Ultimate Peak” as a company, and after taking their product for two months now (I have an extra three months of product left) it doesn’t (so far) live up to any of their claims. I guess, if it did, they wouldn’t need to be deceitful???
